My digital subscription to The Rind didn’t arrive this month.

ICF publishes The Cheesemaker’s Journal quarterly (not monthly). Issues are distributed electronically in March, June, September, and December.

If you haven’t received the current quarter’s issue, check your spam/junk folder for emails from publications@intlcheese.org, verify your email address is current at members.intlcheese.org, and check the Publications archive at members.intlcheese.org/publications (issues are posted 2–3 days after email distribution).

If you still can’t access the current issue, email memberservices@intlcheese.org with your membership number.

Does ICF publish salary or industry benchmarking reports?

Yes. ICF publishes the Cheese Industry Compensation Survey biennially (even years). The most recent report (2024) is available to members at members.intlcheese.org/research.

The report includes salary ranges by role (cheesemaker, affineur, QA, sales, etc.), regional compensation variations, benefits and bonus structures, experience level comparisons, and company size correlations.

Non-members can purchase the report for $395 at members.intlcheese.org/shop.

Can I purchase the Global Cheese Trends Report as a non-member?

Yes. The Global Cheese Market Trends Report is published annually each January. Non-members can purchase for $495 (members receive it free).

The 2026 report includes production trends by category, import/export analysis, consumer preference shifts, emerging cheese styles, regulatory developments, and 5-year market projections.

Purchase at members.intlcheese.org/shop or contact memberservices@intlcheese.org to request an invoice.

Where can I find the list of approved vendors for packaging supplies?

ICF does not maintain an “approved vendor” list. The online member directory includes supplier companies (corporate members) who provide packaging, equipment, and ingredients to the cheese industry.

Search the directory at members.intlcheese.org/directory with filters for Membership Type (Corporate/Supplier) and Industry Segment (Packaging). The directory provides company contact information, product categories, and website links. ICF does not endorse specific vendors or guarantee product quality.
